Is this the best time to be alive and be African? Africa is the gift that keeps giving and offers various opportunities across various sectors. I want to challenge you and say it’s time to explore your backyard more. At the end of this short read, I want to inspire some company owners to consider enlarging their tent or someone with a great idea to start up already!
The African Opportunity Agriculture and Infrastructure Development
Many African countries invest heavily in infrastructure development, including transportation networks, energy projects, telecommunications, and urban development. These projects require expertise in engineering, construction, project management, and related fields. I have been connecting with a lot of talent that is only looking to cater to the country they live in. My dear friends in infrastructure development, we should venture out.
Like those in Agriculture, Africa has vast arable land and a favourable climate for agriculture. We should not worry so much about food security; the motherland offers so much. If you peek beyond your villages and farms across the border, you may find opportunities for agricultural investment, including large-scale farming, agribusiness, irrigation systems, and agricultural technology. The continent also has a growing middle class, which creates a demand for processed and packaged food products. I have two friends who make mean bottled chili. I cannot live without that thing, and deep down, I know that if people across the continent could taste it, she would sell it everywhere.
I am a creative 😅I think on my feet. I don’t have numbers and graphs to show right now, but I would produce proof if I had a gun pointed at my head.
Neomarketing wants to help you explore such opportunities; We are too brilliant to limit ourselves.
Shout out to my Farmers and Infrastructure smarty pants.
